Terms & Conditions
Quotes & Pricing

All work is quoted individually and confirmed in writing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days.
-
We don’t charge hourly rates for planned work — everything is based on an agreed quote.

Emergency callouts may have a set fee and are quoted separately.
Deposits & Payments
-
A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings for larger projects.

The balance is due on completion of the work, unless agreed otherwise.

Payments accepted by bank transfer, card or cash.
Cancellations & Termination

We ask for at least 5 working days’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked job.

Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit due to scheduling and preparation costs.

Full project cancellations within 7 days of the start date may also forfeit the deposit.

If a job is terminated mid-way, a fair balance will be due for work already completed and materials sourced.
Satisfaction & Complaints

If you’re not happy, please let us know within 7 days of completion — we’ll do our best to put things right.

For unresolved issues, we recommend contacting Trading Standards or a recognised dispute resolution body.
Workmanship Guarantee

All work is carried out to a professional standard.

Guarantees on workmanship are discussed and confirmed during quoting.

Customer-supplied products or general wear and tear are excluded.
